Refund Policy

Failed edits

If an edit fails or no image comes back, the credit returns to your balance automatically. You don't need to contact us.

A credit is used when the model returns an image. If you aren't happy with a result, write to us and tell us what went wrong. We review those requests individually.

Unused credits

You can get your money back for unused credits within 30 days of purchase.

• A pack you haven't touched: we refund the full amount you paid.
• A pack you have partly used: we refund the unused credits at the per-credit price of that pack, rounded to the nearest cent. For example, if you bought 8 credits for $3.90 and used 2, the 6 unused credits come to $2.93.
• Free credits: the free edit on a new account has no cash value and isn't refundable.

Credits you keep never expire. The 30-day limit applies only to refunds.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@editimagetextonline.com from the email on your account and include your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and the refunded credits are removed from your balance. Your bank or payment provider decides how long the money takes to arrive.

When we may refuse

We may refuse a refund when an account has broken our Acceptable Use Policy or shows clear abuse of this policy, such as repeatedly buying and refunding. This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
