Performance, with the denominator

A returned image and a correct edit are different outcomes. We report technical completion separately from visual review.

Live user tasks · rolling 30 days

Up to the latest 1,000 image-edit tasks, excluding mock and service accounts. Pending tasks are shown separately. Counts may be cached for five minutes. This early window can include owner-run launch checks.

What these numbers mean

Technical completion rate: successfully saved images divided by successful plus failed or canceled tasks. It does not measure spelling, translation accuracy, font identity or whether a result is suitable for publication.

Observed time: submission until our server first observes and stores completion, including provider processing, polling and storage. Closing a tab can delay observation. Legacy tasks without timing data are excluded from time percentiles.

Visual verification: the browser compares changed pixels and may restore the surrounding original. That check does not read the replacement text and is not a quality score. Manual review remains necessary.

Small samples: early percentages can change sharply. We do not claim these measurements represent every language, photograph or writing style.

Controlled examples

18 published before/after pairs. Inputs are artwork created for our tests, not customer files. Provider results are reviewed with known flaws disclosed.

2026-11-03 · Nano Banana Pro, requested at 2K. Timings span source upload through stored output. OCR-assisted visual review checks the target phrase (or its absence for Remove) and obvious artifacts; it is not a certified language or font assessment. All attempts are included. Controlled test timings are separate from live user-task statistics. See the full examples and review notes. A failed spelling check remains a failure even if the provider produced a file.
